BOOK TITLE SEQUENCE

Inspired by Scott Westerfeld’s novel Uglies, this student motion project explores the book’s core themes of beauty, transformation, and identity. I conceptualized and developed a dramatic storyboard that visually reflects the tension surrounding cosmetic surgery and societal ideals. After designing custom vector assets, I brought the sequence to life through stylized animation, crafting a cinematic and immersive introduction to the story of Uglies.
